We wanted to design an application that was simple to use and required very little interaction, specially because these type of notifications required users timely inputs.
Whiteboarding
Several meetings with product managers and other stakeholders where needed to discuss different aspects of the project such as project goals and objectives including: Help data center customers and product users overcome objections such as “…I don’t have time to use your product.” Or “ It is very inconvenient to have to walk across the data center(s) to access your product in the office computer”. Second goal was to increase customer adoption and retention of the SynapSense offering.
