For the past three years, I have successfully led and motivated a team of highly skilled UX designers. We collaborated with leadership, engineering, and other departments within the organization to help Eyefinity's products achieve measurable results in 2023. We surpassed our complex platform's UX objectives and goals, including implementing AI and automation technologies. As a result, we were honored to receive the 2023 Readers' Choice Award, conducted by Vision Monday and 20/20 magazine, which helped us maintain our leadership position. We were selected in key user experience categories such as ‘Favorite Practice Management Software' and ‘Favorite Practice Management Software Brand.’ In addition to these accomplishments, I was also able to hire a new team of designers, establish a UX vision, and execute a comprehensive 5-year UX strategy within and across our business ecosystem, which includes Marchon, VSP, VisionWorks, Eyeconic, and Eyefinity, currently serving more than 80M members and generating close to $9.0B in yearly revenue.

I reported directly to the President & CEO and managed all marketing, advertising, e-commerce, and web activities. I also conducted research protocols for focus groups and clinical trials and managed relationships with vendors and distribution channels, such as pharmacies and direct-to-consumer outlets. Additionally, I was responsible for increasing company and product awareness, opening channels of education, and providing opportunities for the executive team to present nationally and internationally at industry events and tradeshows.
